First month recap

Hello friends and family!
We are now a month (plus a few days) into our Midwest adventure and the dust is finally beginning to settle. We had a very busy first month between unpacking, buying a new car, traveling to Boston/NH and adjusting to our new roles.

We are enjoying our town house (yay basement and a third bedroom) and are particularly enjoying living in family housing. Adriana has so many kids to play with and she loves it. I enjoy only having to step out of the door to go to the park :).

Daniel is really liking his lab and is busy on his new project. He rides the bus to work everyday and so far it's all working out really well. Stay tuned for more details on his very cool exoskeleton.

I am busy around the house and having fun playing with Adriana and the neighborhood kids. I have become an expert bubble blower and sand castle maker. I miss my colleagues and the craziness of summer but this has been a great experience so far. The combination of a slower pace that comes with living in a smaller city and having to follow Adriana's lead in terms of timeline has been a nice break.

Now for some pictures!
